We had a relaxing & quiet break at Westfield in October. The house was cosy all week and we enjoyed using the woodburner in the huge livingroom. The large central coffee table was a great place to do jigsaws. One of the wildlife highlights was watching a pod of dolphins from the kitchen window swimming down the Sound of Kilbrannan. Top tip - at low tide it is possible to walk to the Pirnmill shop on the beach rather than the road, but the road is extremely quiet anyway. Highlight of the week was walking from the house over Beinn Bharrain and descending to Thunderguy then back along the road - a great day out. We were a little anxious about taking two teenagers to Westfield - fortunately the Wifi signal is strong and reliable throughout the house - happy teens!
