Whitefarland is the perfect place to escape from the city, and Westfield is a home from home with everything you might want or need. Spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and the location is a dream. The view over the sea is beautiful and the evening sky is spectacular! The lounge window is like a moving painting. It’s a beautiful drive to and from Brodick. Nearby are Machrie standing stones which are well worth a visit. Whitefarland beach is lovely. The coastline is stunning, Kings Cave being worth a visit. If you fancy a pamper Auchrannie Spa in Brodick is the place to go. We are vegan and Arran is surprisingly well catered for in that respect. Westfield’s kitchen is thoughtfully stocked should you forget anything. There is also a local shop in Pirnmill which is friendly and well stocked. The Old Byre nearby hosts a great eatery: Cafe Thyme, which is fantastic, vegan or not. Great play area for kids too. I would not hesitate to recommend Westfield for a family holiday, and hope to return with mine.
