COVID-19 and Westfield

We sincerely hope that you remain fit and healthy throughout this pandemic.

Over the last few weeks, the lockdown has meant that non-essential travel within the UK has ceased. In addition, all non-essential ferry crossings to Arran have been suspended until 31st May. New pre-booked ferry crossings might restart from 16th July but these dates are obviously under review.

For pre-booked holidays from 2nd May to 5th June 2020

Following the latest government guidance, guests with bookings beginning within the above dates should not travel. We are therefore requesting that any guests who have booked Westfield due to depart in this period should defer their booking and move it to a free date later this year or to sometime in 2021.

For holidays beginning from 6th June to 3rd July 2020

All guests should follow the latest advice from the government and consider their own personal circumstances as well as any impact on the Arran island community before deciding if they should travel within this period.

For holidays beginning between 4th July and 31st August 2020

We’re asking all our guests to follow the latest advice from the government and consider their own personal circumstances before deciding if they should travel.

For holidays beginning after 31st August 2020

Hopefully you should be able to holiday as normal during this time.

We are continuing to monitor government guidance, and for your own safety we will obviously adhere to the government’s health advice and update guests as and when necessary. Our terms and conditions have been amended to reflect the changing situation, whilst staying in line with our booking partners and government advice.

In the meantime, please keep well and we look forward to welcoming you to Westfield as soon as possible.
